Open API ยท v1 sandbox
Connect your systems to plant condition and maintenance data
Read asset condition, sensor readings, energy use, alarms and work orders over REST, receive events by webhook, and show an asset view inside your own front end. Test it here against a plant that streams new data every minute.

Free, no sign-up. Valid for 14 days with every read scope, webhooks and embed tokens.
How the data gets to you
From the sensor on the machine to your application
Sensors report over a wireless gateway. OPTIMUS ARS turns readings into condition, alarms, advisories and work. Your system reads it through the Open API, gets events by webhook, or embeds an asset view.
/api/v1, webhooks, embed tokensWhat you can read
One API for condition, energy and maintenance
The sandbox plant has seven assets in three areas: pumps, a compressor, a fan, a conveyor, a gearbox and the main distribution panel, with 13 sensors behind one gateway.
Asset condition
Normal, warning, critical or no data per asset, with operating state and open work. GET /assets/condition
Vibration and temperature
Velocity RMS, peak acceleration, surface temperature, battery and signal. GET /devices/{id}/readings
Motor current (CT)
Current per phase and phase imbalance. Hourly aggregates for long ranges. /readings/hourly
Energy from kWh meters
kWh per hour or day and peak demand, plus voltage, power factor and frequency. GET /energy/consumption
Alarms and advisories
Limit alarms with value and limit, and the recommended action with an inspection window. GET /alarms
Work orders and KPIs
Preventive and corrective work with verification, PM plans, spare parts, KPIs with their basis. GET /work-orders
First call
Three lines to your first response
Every request carries the key as a Bearer token. Lists return data, next_cursor and as_of; errors return a code and a message that says what to change.
Pull
Poll condition for dashboards. Sync work orders into an ERP with updated_since.
Push
Subscribe to alarm.raised, work_order.created and more. Signed with HMAC-SHA256.
Embed
Mint a 15-minute token in your back end and show the asset view in an iframe.
Same in every edition
